The homogenised liquid mix results in an ice cream that forms no extra ice crystals, not even after several days in the freezer.
The ice cream remains creamy and smooth. “Spatola” like our Italian colleagues say.



The fat content varies according to local customs:

  • in the southern part of Europe 5 % fat is very common,
  • whereas the northern countries prefer to use the rich 10 % mix.

To meet all the requirements of a professional user, over the years, we have developed a neutral basic mix in three varieties: 5%, 7% and 10 % milk fat.
